Communication has become quite easy and inexpensive even for global travelers with the introduction of global SIM cards. Such services are very useful for people like me who travel to different countries regularly and find the high roaming charges annoying. But thanks to facilities provided by telecom solution providers, I can now get UK SIM card or other country SIM card and avoid the high roaming charges.
Since the last few years I have been buying global SIM cards whenever I travel abroad. Since I travel to UK mostly, I prefer to get UK SIM card and get them before I leave the country. Thanks to these telecom service providers, it is possible for me to get the SIM card before so that I am able to give the number to my friends and family.
I generally apply for postpaid global SIM cards but for my recent trip I chose a prepaid UK SIM card. Both of them work well and I didn’t have to face any connectivity problem. Recharging the prepaid card was also convenient and was done online. For one of my trips I required an unlocked handset as mine was locked and couldn’t accept the international SIM card. The company- RebelFone, from which I get my SIM card, provided it to me and made it easy for me to stay in touch with everyone.
